Shipping costs vary based on your destination. To calculate your exact shipping charges, simply add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total.

Shipping & Handling
We process orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time), excluding holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

About Late Deliveries
While our shipping partners strive to deliver your package on time, occasional delays can occur. Luxtacye Store cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen or uncontrollable events, such as:

  • Incorrect Address
  • Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
  • Severe weather conditions
  • International customs procedures

Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 2-4 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If you don’t see tracking information right away, it may simply mean that the carrier has not yet processed your package.

I Ordered 2+ Items, but Only Received One… Where’s My Order?
We may ship multiple items separately to get them to you faster. Don’t worry if you don’t receive all your items at once; they are on their way!

Why Haven’t I Received Any Order Confirmation Details?
This is often due to a typo in your email address. We send several emails throughout the process, including order confirmation, fulfillment notice, and shipping notice. If you suspect an error, please contact us, and we’ll fix it for you.

I Sent an Email but Got No Response?
Please check the email address you used and try again. Our support team is available 24/7. If you still don’t receive a reply, contact us again at [email protected], and we will respond within 1 business day.

Can the Order Be Delivered to Multiple Addresses?
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you wish to send items to different addresses, please place separate orders.

Do You Offer Delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO Addresses?
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to APO addresses will be sent via DHL Global Mail and then handed over to USPS for final delivery through the military mail system. Please note that shipments to APOs can take up to an additional 45 days to arrive.

Unfortunately, once your package enters the military mail system, tracking information will cease to update for security reasons, and we will no longer have visibility of your order.
