HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
Placing an order is easy! Simply choose your desired charm on the product page, click the “Add To Cart” button, and follow the simple steps to complete your purchase. We’ll prepare your order and notify you when it’s on its way!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders from Luxtacye Store typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, please allow an additional 1 to 2 weeks for transit.

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.
Tracking numbers can take 1 to 2 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. Occasionally, an order may be temporarily lost by the carrier. If your tracking number is still not working after a few days, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER.
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days for domestic shipments and 20 business days for international shipments, please reach out to us for prompt support.
