Refund and Returns Policy

At Luxtacye Store, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our handmade charm products. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to us at [email protected] for assistance. If your item meets one of the conditions listed below, contact us as soon as you receive it.

We will refund or reprint your order at no cost in the following cases:

  • The product is defective or flawed.
  • There is a design error: the item received does not match the information provided on our site.
  • The product details (type, size) differ from what you ordered.

What Should You Do?

To request a refund, please report the issue within 14 days of receiving your items. Include the following information in your email to [email protected]:

  • Your order/invoice ID.
  • A clear picture of the item you received if it is incorrect or damaged.

Once we evaluate your request, the refund will be processed within 1-3 business days. If approved, the refund is expected to arrive within 2-3 business days.

Returns

If you receive the wrong or defective items, there’s no need to return them. We will issue a refund directly, which should arrive in 2-3 business days.

Please Note: We do not process refunds, reprints, or returns in the following cases:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address, not being home to receive the delivery).
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters, marked as “delivered” in tracking, or lost in transit).
  • The item is as described.

Cancellation Policy

After making a purchase, customers have 24 hours to request cancellation. Please note that a management, processing, and transaction fee (10% of your total order value) will be applied for cancellations. After this period, the item will be produced, and further cancellations cannot be supported.

Refund Timeline:

  • For PayPal Accounts: 48 hours.
  • For Credit Card Accounts: 10-14 business days, depending on your bank.

Exchange Policy

  • In Stock Items: 1-3 business days for processing.
  • Out of Stock Items: 5-7 business days for processing.

Compensation (Points or Coupons): 1-2 business days.

Repair Time: 7-14 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges or returns for size unless we have sent the wrong size. For other issues, please contact us first for guidance. Do not return your purchase to us unless authorized.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to post.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as processing times may vary.
